The Catskill Regional Teacher Center(CRTC) is a consortium Teacher Center that is state funded to support teachers and teaching assistants in public school districts as well as private schools in the Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES and the Otsego Northern Catskills region. There are 35 public school districts and two BOCES in the region.

 Policy Board

The Catskill Regional Teacher Center is governed by a Policy Board that meets regularly to conduct business and make decisions. The Board is represented by teachers at the elementary and secondary levels in both the DCMO BOCES and ONC BOCES Regions. Members also represent private schools, the business community, school administrative level, higher education, college students and parents.  Partners with the Teacher Center

The Catskill Regional Teacher Center works with the following agencies and groups to benefit the teachers in the region.  Learning Networks

In the past, the Catskill Regional Teacher Center has sponsored Learning Networks in which educators meet in common subjects areas to discuss issues. One such network is the School Psychologists' Learning Network. Anyone with an interest in this network please contact the Teacher Center.

 Hours of Operation

The main location of the Catskill Regional Teacher Center is located at Bugbee School in Oneonta, NY. At Bugbee School the Teacher Center has access to an office and a conference room to hold workshops and meetings. The space is shared witht he Arts in Education program for the region. The Teacher Center is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM and Friday, 8:30AM to noon.

 Satellite Locations

The CRTC also has access to two other sites within the region. There is space at the Stamford Central School District in which the is a poster printer and an Ellinson Machine with Dye Cuts for teachers create shapes for bulletin boards. There is also a Satellite Location at the Unadilla Valley Central School District where the Teacher Center has a classroom for workshops and meetings.
